Returns

If the item/s you have ordered do not fit, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return the item/s within 60 days of receiving it. Items MUST be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attachedPlease do not crush item in packaging when sending back. Please do not return items tried on without underwear.


There are no returns on SALE or Buy 1 Get 1 Free items.

Upon receipt, you will be allocated store credit (gift card) for the purchase price for you to place your new order.

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds, unless the item you purchased is unavailable. All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. A store gift card will be issued in lieu of a refund if the card is no longer active. 

Returns will be processed within 5 business days after the item has been received. You will receive an email once your gift card has been issued. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to purchase another size or style, please place a new order.


Faulty Items

We try our best to create the highest quality, most rockin' products available and pride ourselves on quality control, with customer satisfaction as our number 1 priority! However if you do receive a faulty item, please email info@cleothehurricane.com and we will do our best to turn that frown upside down and get you rockin' your Cleo gear once again.

 

Wholesale

Unfortunately there are no returns on wholesale orders, unless faulty.
