Shipping & Returns

CUSTOMS

Customers outside the U.S. maybe be liable for any customs and import duty or taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and Cleo The Hurricane will not be liable.

Shipping 

Items will be sent from the United States using USPS First Class or Priority Mail and includes tracking.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once items have been shipped. Items are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after receipt of order for clothing and DVDs and within 2-5 working days for shoes. During sales, promotions and new product releases please allow an additional 48 hours to process your order.

First Class Mail

First-Class Mail® is a fast and affordable service for envelopes and packages weighing up to 13 oz. Delivery is in 2-3 business days for orders within the U.S. and 2-4 weeks outside of the U.S. Times are not guaranteed and may vary. Tracking is included.

Unclaimed Mail

Parcels which are returned to sender due to being unclaimed or incorrectly addressed from buyer are not the responsibility of Cleo The Hurricane. Once parcel has been returned, it will be shipped out again at the buyer's expense.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

DVDs
Refunds and exchanges are only allowed if there is a fault in the product including technical problems with the DVD. An email needs to be sent to info@cleothehurricane.com stating the fault of the item. The the issue cannot be rectified, a replacement DVD will be shipped out to your address.

Digital Downloads
All sales are FINAL and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. We have a NO REFUND POLICY with digital downloads. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, make sure that what you're about to order is correct. To avoid any issues when downloading, please ensure you are downloading from a desktop computer, not a mobile device, and that you are using a secure, uninterrupted internet connection. 

Clothing
If the item/s you have ordered do not fit, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return the item/s within 14 days of receiving it. Items MUST be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Please do not crush item in packaging when sending back.

Upon receipt, you will be allocated store credit for the purchase price for you to place your new order. Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds.

Faulty Items
We try our best to create the highest quality, most rockin' products available and pride ourselves on quality control, with customer satisfaction as our number 1 priority! However if you do receive a faulty item, please email info@cleothehurricane.com and we will do our best to turn that frown upside down and get you rockin' your Cleo gear once again.

Shoes
We have a no return policy on shoes. All shoe sales are final. 

If the item/s you have ordered is faulty or wrongly described you may return them at Cleo The Hurricane's cost for a store credit. The item/s MUST be in its original condition - unused, unmarked and in original packaging. 

Shoes are sized in US sizing.

Wholesale

Unfortunately there are no returns on wholesale orders, unless faulty.
