I only got to try this today and I am already impressed with the quality of instruction. The warm up got me winded but I really enjoyed it and felt great. Tried out the floor work routine and it was so much fun. I have a lot of practicing I need to do, but I am definitely enjoying what I have tried so far. The soundtrack is also amazing. Highly recommended for any level.

Be ready to sweat, and be ready to rock! I got this DVD as soon as Cleo released it. In it is a rather long warm up (about 16 minutes, which will DEFINITELY get you hot), three pole routines with breakdowns, one floor routine with breakdown, three strength and conditioning chapters, a cool down, and in the extras, there are instructions on how to do specific pole moves in the program. Each pole routine is based on beginner and intermediate moves. After the warm up, you are DEFINTIELY warm! Its a great warm up that will get your entire body warm. Be warned though, if you are new to choreography and putting together a routine, you will need to practice this a lot! Cleo is rather fast. A lot of fun, but fast! The hardcore strength chapters are definitely a bit challenging, but dont be discouraged! Keep trying! Keep going! It is a great workout, and you will hone your skills as a better poler, and have a lot of fun while building strength.
